Daddy Date with Kierra

This morning I finally got to have my "Daddy" date! Better late than never Mommy says!

First Daddy took me to Barnes and Noble (his favorite store) for storytime. After reading stories together we even got to have a cookie for snack! Next Daddy took me to IHOP for pancakes!

We colored together, while we waited...

and then we colored some more,

until finally... I got my pancakes! What a delicious treat: strawberry pancakes, chocolate milk, and my Daddy ALL to myself! Thank You Daddy for a great morning! Love, Kierra

We sure are going to miss you, Daddy, when you transfer to Florida, so we wanted to make this video for you to enjoy when you're feeling a little homesick, or just want to revisit the great memories made this past year! We will be looking forward to your visits each month, and will definately make the time we spend together that much more special!!! Sweet or Sassy?

This is Jayden's first year in Just for Kix! She absolutely loves dance, and did a great job at her performance at the mall, as well as the winter show. Jayden is a pretty sweet girl (most of the time), but when she puts on that cute lil' pink tutu... watch out.... sweet turns a little bit sassy!
F.Y.I. There will also be a spring show coming up this May, but this time they will be dancing a new routine to the song "Big Girls Don't Cry". That has become our new motto at our house, and I love it!

The Royal Court

Well, Princess Paige turned 3 today, so last night we celebrated by going to the Wixo castle for a Princess Tea Party in our royal attire. What a fabulous time we shared with our friends!

A New Pup for the Parkers

Meet Daddy's new puppy Dakota!

Meet Dakota's lil' sister Maggie! She will be accompanying her big brother and Daddy to Florida, to become his room-mate's pet. Yes that is right, DOUBLE TROUBLE!!!!

As you can see by the pics below the pup's are certainly getting lots of attention! Mommy says they are a little over-stimulated, whatever that means! They sure sleep well at night, so Daddy's happy about that! They also eat well, and know JUST what to do every time we take them outside! For being pups, they sure are smart, and Daddy thinks because there are two of them they are a lot easier to train, because they learn from each other. Let's give it two weeks and then ask him again what he thinks! :)

Jack's Day with Daddy

Well today was supposed to be our mini vacation to Grand Forks, ND to go swimming at the CanadInn, however since we have three family members with an ear infection, one who was up all night with a touch of the stomach flu, and more snow on the way, it was a sign to us to postpone the trip to another time! Instead Jack got to have his Daddy Day. They started out at Scheels because Jack wanted to go on the Ferris Wheel with Daddy, just like Kameron.

Next they looked at all the wildlife up in the hunting section.

Jaxon informed the salesman that daddy gets little deer, NOT deer like these ones! :)

Then they were off to Petco to pick up a few things. Jaxon sure had a fun time looking at the fish, rabbits, hermit crabs, turtles, and dogs.

Finally they decided to head over to Chuck E Cheese for some games, music, and best of all PIZZA!

Thanks Daddy for a day I will NEVER forget!

Kameron's Day with Daddy!

Well, today Daddy and I had a very busy day!
First he took me to Denny's for breakfast, and I had my favorite...Alien Pancakes!

Next he took me to the Fargo Air Museum, just like Adrian. Daddy said it hadn't changed much in the week or so since he was there last, but it sure was exciting for me! My favorite part was going in the big yellow plane named "Duggy"!

Here we are... Just Me and My Daddy!

This is the Duggy plane I was telling you about! It was so cool inside! I just LOVE airplanes! I can't wait until December when I get to go on a real airplane ride to Florida!

Our next stop was Scheels. Daddy had to look at a couple things, AND we got to go on the Ferris Wheel while we were there! I even got to give the man my ticket! I was't even scared because my Daddy was right beside me the whole time!

Finally, we went for a quick swim together out at the waterpark! It was a great day, just my Daddy and Me!

Worth the Wait!

Well, today was the day we finally received our "center" piece to our couch. Two weeks ago our couch and chase lounge were both delivered, but mysteriously the center part was ordered in brown.... wrong color!!! Mommy and Daddy were NOT impressed! Anyways, the delivery boys brought it today and let us tell you... It was well worth the wait....it is sooooo comfortable!

February 17, 2001 was just the beginning of our fairy tale, and now eight years later new twists, turns, and chapters in our life have become reality. Thank you for your unconditional love, and for being the best friend, husband, and daddy that a girl could EVER ask for! I feel so blessed because of YOU! Happy Anniversary! I LOVE YOU!!!!

Jayden's Daddy Date

Today Jayden was thrilled to have her one on one time with Daddy, even though it wasn't exactly what she expected. They spent the evening in Fargo, going to the NDSU Bison girls basketball game and then out for an ice cream treat! She kept asking Daddy when it was time to go home, and why that loud buzzer kept going off. She loved watching the cheerleaders, however and now wants to be one when she grows up! When I asked her about her favorite part of her evening she stated, "Coming back home." I guess maybe next time Daddy will have to take his princess to something a little bit more girly, like the ballet!
