Night Out for Mommy and Daddy

YES even Mommy and Daddy get a night out every once in a while! They enjoyed a Valentine Dinner out with some friends, while we got to spend the evening with G'ma and Papa! It has been a long time since we had a sleepover there, and it was so much fun! We made cookies and cupcakes, made special Valentine cards for Mommy and Daddy, watched cartoons, ate ice cream, and kept Papa on his toes while G'ma had to work at the Post Office Sat morning! Thank You G'ma and Papa for the wonderful time! We Love You!

Adoption Day for Carter

Today we got to celebrate our lil' brother's adoption with Carter and his new family. Congratulations on the adoption of Carter Maxwell Mikulecky!

Jesus Loves Me

Today the Tiny Tots sang Jesus Love Me at both church services. If you look closely you will see Jayden and Kameron in the front row, but Jaxon, however, got a little stage fright and decided sitting on Daddy's lap while listening to his brother and sister sing was a much better idea! Kameron even got to sing a duet to the second verse of the song that he just learned, along with sign language to the chorus part! He did a WONDERFUL job!!!

Show and Tell

They are the BEST of pals...
They are the WORST of enemies...
but BROTHERS forever!!!!

On Friday, when Adrian left for school it was his new Blue Angels Jet from his "Daddy Day" that he packed for Show-and-Tell, but later that morning he asked me if he could bring his brother, Kameron for Show-and-Tell instead. Although most of his classmates have all met and seen Kameron before, I thought WHY NOT? His teacher commented on how proud Adrian was to show off his 5 year old brother, and they both shared special things that they like about each other in front of his classmates! In all my years of teaching kindergarten, I have seen a lot of infant brothers/sisters, as well as pets for show and tell, but never older siblings! I guess it's called BROTHERLY LOVE, and I couldn't be more proud!

Adrian's Daddy Day!

This week Adrian was the lucky one to get some one on one time with Daddy. Here are some of the highlights of their time together. Since Adrian has such a fascination with airplanes and aviation, Daddy took him to the Fargo Air Museum, after lunch out at Applebees. They got to see all kinds of planes, as well as even go into one for a tour! When Adrian got to pick out a toy plane, he insisted on making sure he brought home a Blue Angels Jet for Kameron too! As considerate as that was, it still somehow created a little problem. You see Jaxon is now into whatever Adrian and Kameron like, so Jaxon has already told Daddy he wants to go to the air museum for his "Daddy Day" too!

The second part of Adrian's Daddy Day was spent at the Monster Jam with the entire Casselton Boy Scout Pack! He was thrilled, to say the least!!!
